This project delivers sophisticated analytics across multiple HIV treatment facilities to evaluate patient outcomes, treatment efficacy, and clinical progression metrics. Sapashe’s team applied survival analysis, regression modeling, and comparative cohort techniques to identify performance trends and drivers of viral suppression.

These insights informed clinical mentorship sessions, treatment optimization programs, and enhanced follow-up protocols. The analytics also strengthened facility-level monitoring systems by identifying outliers, high-risk populations, and intervention opportunities.
